Dance Soul Motion has a variety of mind/body, cardio, and strength classes. The goal is to give our students the chance to create their own, well-rounded, fitness routine through our offerings. In addition to our set schedule, we also host pop-up classes, master class workshops, and more!

Total body barre combines classic ballet and pilates work and adds weights to incorporate upper body strength training. 

Barre Stretch

Slow down and stretch at the barre. Incorporating techniques from Pilates and yoga, this class is designed to both stretch and strengthen your muscles.

Zen Barre

Zen Barre® follows along the principles of barre, yoga, and Pilates with an emphasis on ballet and strength training, designed to sculpt and strengthen your entire body as well as increase flexibility.  Essential Oils are used during class.

PiYo LIVE

PiYo LIVE is designed with short bursts of cardiovascular work and strength training for all over body conditioning. It emphasizes dynamic balance, dance conditioning, plyometrics, strength, and functional training, combining the athleticism of both Pilates and yoga.

Pilates is an abdominal workout that is meant to engage the entire body through its routine. It is primarily made up of floor exercises that are done on a mat.

Vinyasa yoga is a yoga class in which the body is in constant motion whether through physical positions or through breath. The class focuses on breath, strength and connection to mind and body. It is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Deep Stretch Yoga

Deep Stretch Yoga takes traditional poses and holds them in a way that builds strength and power in your practice. The class will leave you both restored and invigorated.

Kripalu Yoga

Class begins with breath awareness and warm up movements to prepare for yoga postures.  The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.  Class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a meditative approach with a physical focus. Here the practitioner is trying to access the deeper tissues such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine).  (Via MindBodyGreen)
