Private sessions can be used by those just starting their fitness journey, someone returning from injury, or a client looking to improve upon their current level of fitness. These sessions can be used as a stand-alone routine or as a complement to your routine classes at the studio.
Clients working towards a specifically goal, such as a certain yoga pose, strength building, or weight-loss, are highly encouraged to use these sessions in conjunction with their other classes. This will provide you with a place to continue to grow (the classes) and to check-in and dive deeper (private session).

MOVING WITH MODIFICATION
Dominique guided me through a private session, to evaluate where I was having problems and what I wanted to accomplish. Her wisdom in this was amazing. She sees and evaluates more than I ever realized during classes; we worked together to develop some targeted poses and exercises. The value of the private session is lasting.

First Private Session/$50
In this one-hour session, you will focus on your overall goals and create a plan to get you there. The instructor will work with you to start a routine that is sustainable for your level and lifestyle.
Sessions consist of a check-in with the instructor, warm up, workout, and cooldown.
