Christina grew up with a passion for all types of dance. She loves being able to help others incorporate a fun, energetic workout into their busy day-to-day routines. Christina enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals in a fun, friendly class environment.

Kim Ikenberry
Kim rediscovered her love of dance when she stepped into her first Zumba class. She loved the way it made her feel, and that led her to becoming certified in multiple Zumba disciplines. Always improving, she added Pilates to her repertoire in 2016 and can either be found on the mat, or sneaking core moves into her Zumba classes!

Michelle Yazdi
Michelle has a passion for helping others reach, and manage, their fitness goals. After going through her own body-transformation, through fitness and nutrition, she was inspired to begin teaching: she now inspires others to find their wellness path! When she isn't teaching fitness, she's guiding tomorrow's youth as a 1st grade teacher. Michelle is currently on maternity leave.

After earning her A.A. in Visual Arts, B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Counseling Psychology, Stephanie found herself traveling and training with her hockey-playing husband. Being the only female to train with some of the best trainers in North America reawakened her love of physical activity. She shows her love of movement and passion for helping others in her classes.
